For Muslim parents raising kids in a Western environment: connection, discipline, and identity — so your children carry their deen with confidence, not resentment.
Does this sound like you?
The approach
The Prophet ﷺ was the gentlest of people with children — and the clearest in what he stood for. That combination is the model.
Children accept guidance from parents they feel close to. We rebuild the relationship first — because rules without relationship produce rebellion.
Clear boundaries, held calmly and consistently — without shouting, shaming, or giving up. Firm and kind at the same time, by design.
Raising children who know who they are — so that when the world asks, their faith is something they own with confidence, not something they hide or resent.
The framework
Most parenting advice is a pile of techniques — useful for a week, forgotten by the next crisis. This is a framework: six questions, answered in order, built over twenty-five years of research, counselling, and raising six children.
Because mindless parenting has eight predictable SPOILERS — the habits that quietly undo good intentions in loving homes. Most parents are doing several without noticing.
Know your limits. Some of what your child becomes is yours to shape, and some of it never was. Confusing the two is what exhausts parents.
As early as possible — considerably earlier than most parents assume, and never as late as it feels once you've noticed the problem.
Four greater goals, remembered as ASAN — which also means easy in Urdu. Everything else in the framework serves these four.
Yourself, first — through YAHOO, the five relationships that shape the parent your child actually experiences. Children copy who you are long before they obey what you say.
The home does more teaching than you do. RESCUER covers the seven things about a household that raise a child whether or not anyone intends them to.
Aqeedah — a creed they hold with conviction, not inheritance. Self-esteem — worth grounded in how Allah sees them, not in marks or comparison. Aqliyah — a mind that reasons: critical thinking, curiosity, problem-solving, real-world skills. Nafsiyah — the inclinations and emotions that decide what they do when nobody is watching.
Every real situation — the aggressive seven-year-old, the thirteen-year-old who won't pray, the seventeen-year-old drifting — gets weighed against these four to find which one is actually short. That diagnosis is where a session starts.

What parents say
These are participants of the Infinite Parenting course — the same framework the coaching draws on.
“I learnt a lot even at the age of 45 — eighteen years being a parent … now I came to know what parenting is.”
“Would recommend every parent to go through the material. It gives you a foundation and a framework to build yourself as parents, all backed up by Islam.”
“It included both Islamic and scientific perspectives … the most important lesson is that both parents should be together in this.”
Who it's for
Coaching works on the parenting; specialists work on clinical concerns. Your coach will be honest about which one you need.
What a session looks like
A check-in on the situations you faced — the blow-ups, the wins, and how the last session's approach played out at home.
We take one recurring struggle — bedtimes, screens, salah, backtalk — and unpack what's actually driving it in your child and in you.
You leave with specific words, boundaries, and responses to use this week — not general principles you're left to translate alone.
Where possible both parents join, so the plan is shared — children thrive when the two of you are predictable together.

From toddlers to teenagers. The tools change with the age — connection and routines for little ones, identity and trust for teens — but the approach is the same. For young people who want their own coaching, see Youth Coaching.
It's ideal but not required. Many families start with one parent and bring the other in later. What matters is that whoever attends applies the plan consistently at home.
Usually not — parenting coaching works with you, because you shape the home. If your child or teen would benefit from their own space, that's what Youth Coaching is for.
No — it's coaching for you as a parent. Deen is the foundation of the approach, and a big part of the work is helping your children love their faith rather than merely comply with it.
Yes. What you share about your children, your marriage, and your home stays in the session.
