Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data — in plain language.

1. Who is responsible

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Abdul Baseer Qazi
Infinite Coaching, Islamabad, Pakistan
Email: salam@infinite-coaching.com

2. What data we collect, and why

Enquiry and booking forms

When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, location, preferred language, and what you tell us about your situation. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and conduct your consultation and coaching sessions, and send you related confirmations and reminders. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via the checkbox on each form.

Sensitive information

Coaching about marriage, parenting and faith means you may tell us things the law protects more strictly than ordinary data — your religious beliefs and practice, your family circumstances, and matters touching health or relationships. We process such information only where you have given your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box before you send a form and by choosing what you write to us. You are never obliged to share any of it: your name, your email address and one sentence about what you would like help with are enough to book a consultation.

This information is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with your family or community. It reaches only the people and services named below. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) and ask us to delete what you have sent — an email is enough.

Booking and communication tools

Bookings, reminders and client communication are processed through our scheduling and CRM platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). Emails to you are sent through Brevo and through our mail provider Hostinger. Consultations take place on Google Meet, and each appointment is written to the coach’s Google Calendar. Where you choose it, we may also contact you by WhatsApp or SMS. These providers process your data on our behalf; some are located outside the EU, in which case transfers rely on the safeguards of Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Parenting assessment

What we collect. To take the parenting assessment you give us your email address and tick a consent box. We then store your answers to every question — each together with the question exactly as it was shown to you — along with your role as a parent, your family structure, your child’s age and gender, your self-rating and the scores calculated from your answers. We never ask for your name or your child’s name. Your answer to the question about physical punishment is shown back to you but is not stored.

Why. For research by Infinite Coaching into how Muslim families parent, to improve Prof. Dr. Abdul Baseer Qazi’s coaching, courses and the assessment itself. If you tick the separate, optional box, we may also email you about your result and about our parenting sessions and courses; without that box, your email address is used only to keep your answers together and to let you ask for them to be deleted.

How it is kept apart. Your email address is stored in a separate table from your answers, linked only by a random code. Research is done on the answers under that code. Infinite Coaching can link your email address to your answers — to follow up with you if you allowed it, or to delete everything on request — but the two are never combined in research or anything published. Nothing is ever published that could identify you or your family — only numbers and patterns across many parents.

Where. The data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt), which processes it on our behalf. The website itself is hosted by Vercel.

Legal basis. Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), because your answers can reveal your religious beliefs and details of your family life. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) by emailing baseer@infinite-coaching.com; we then delete your email address and all your answers.

How long. Up to five years from your last assessment, after which your email address and answers are deleted. Research results that contain no personal data may be kept.

Personal report (optional). After your result you can ask for a personal report written by AI. Only if you ask for it and tick its own consent box are your answers — never your email address — sent through Vercel to Anthropic PBC (USA), whose model Claude writes the report. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models under its commercial terms; it may keep request data for a limited period under its own policies, for example to detect misuse. We do not store the report. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR); the transfer to the USA relies on the safeguards of Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

The assessment and the report are educational reflection, not a clinical or professional assessment of you or your child.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) as needed to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

This site uses Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves the transfer of your IP address to Google.

Newsletter

If you enter your email address in the signup box in the footer and tick the consent box, we use that address to send occasional emails about new articles, courses and books. Nothing else is collected, and the address is not used for any other purpose.

We use a double opt-in: after you sign up we send one confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you click the link in it. This protects you from being signed up by somebody else. If you never click, the address is discarded.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We record the time of signup and of confirmation as proof that it was given. Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — by that link or by emailing us. Withdrawing has no effect on anything else.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of any kind — no marketing cookies, no analytics cookies, and nothing that follows you to other websites.

We do measure how the site is used, using Vercel Web Analytics. It records which page was visited, which site referred you, and coarse details such as country, browser and device type. It stores nothing on your device, gives you no persistent identifier, and cannot recognise you on any other website. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent banner is required. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).

3. Confidentiality of coaching content

What you share in sessions and intake forms is treated as strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of your coaching. It is never sold, shared with your family or community, or used for marketing — including the newsletter. Subscribing to the newsletter never adds anything you told us in a session or an enquiry to it, and unsubscribing never affects your coaching.

4. How long we keep data

We keep your data only as long as needed for your coaching relationship and any legal retention periods (e.g. invoicing records). Enquiry data from people who never become clients is deleted after a reasonable period.

5. Your rights

  • Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
  • Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise any of these rights, email salam@infinite-coaching.com.
