What executives ask first

How confidential is this, really?

Completely. Nothing from a session is shared with your board, your co-founders, or anyone else. In team engagements, what each leader shares one-to-one stays one-to-one unless they choose to bring it into the room. An NDA is available on request.

Is this for me individually, or for my leadership team?

Both formats exist. Some engagements are one executive working on their own leadership; others involve the co-founders or the whole executive team. The initial consultation is where we determine which will actually move things.

What does faith have to do with executive coaching?

As much as you want it to. For many Muslim leaders, the deepest tension is between how they run their company and what they believe. Coaching grounded in your deen means ambition and integrity stop competing — but sessions stay practical, not theological.

How is this different from business consulting?

A consultant gives you answers about the business. A coach works on the layer underneath — how you and your team think, decide, and work together. That's usually where growth actually stalls.

Do you work across timezones?
