Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data — in plain language.

1. Who is responsible

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

[Full legal name]
[Street address, postcode, city, country]
Email: salam@infinite-coaching.com

2. What data we collect, and why

Enquiry and booking forms

When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, location, preferred language, and what you tell us about your situation. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and conduct your consultation and coaching sessions, and send you related confirmations and reminders. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via the checkbox on each form.

Booking and communication tools

Bookings, reminders, and client communication are processed through our scheduling and CRM platform (currently GoHighLevel) and, where you choose it, WhatsApp or SMS. These providers process your contact details on our behalf; some are located outside the EU, in which case transfers rely on the safeguards of Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, the server automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) as needed to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts

This site uses Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves the transfer of your IP address to Google.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no marketing or analytics cookies. If analytics are introduced later, they will only run with your prior consent via a cookie banner, and this policy will be updated.

3. Confidentiality of coaching content

What you share in sessions and intake forms is treated as strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of your coaching. It is never sold, shared with your family or community, or used for marketing.

4. How long we keep data

We keep your data only as long as needed for your coaching relationship and any legal retention periods (e.g. invoicing records). Enquiry data from people who never become clients is deleted after a reasonable period.

5. Your rights

  • Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Deletion ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
  • Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise any of these rights, email salam@infinite-coaching.com.
